Our attic studio on the Danube Cycle Path with views of Walhalla was built in 2023 and is located in one of the first sustainable buildings in Tegernheim. Regensburg, with its medieval center, is 7 km away and can be reached by bus, car, or bike. There you will find a wealth of art, culture, and culinary delights. Relax in the cozy dining area or, when the weather is nice, on the balcony while planning your next day. The studio has a loft feel: To the right of the entrance is a multipurpose room for storing shoes and a box for recycling. From there, stairs lead up to the open living and sleeping area. The attic studio is one large, open space—only the bathroom is separate with a door. The entire studio and balcony are yours to enjoy privately. Please note: The apartment is on the top floor and is accessible via two flights of stairs (with handrails). It may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
